Our whole mutton box contains:
4 x half shoulder joints
4 x half leg joints
Cutlets
Chops
Breast plate
Neck chops
Kidneys
All our meat is hung for a minimum of 7 days. The mutton box weighs a minimum of 18kg. Our price includes free delivery across mainland UK.
Lambs become classed as mutton once their adult teeth come through, this is usually between 12 and 16 months old. Great for a roast dinner, in stews or in the slow cooker, mutton is full of flavour.
All orders include FREE delivery across Mainland UK. The mutton comes chilled in a wool insulated box with ice packs, designed by WoolCool (it may occasionally come freshly frozen).

We use a family-run, local abattoir and butcher to prepare our meat. Each cut is then individually vacuum sealed (apart from chops and cutlets which are still packed, but are not done in a vacuum).
