Sirloin Roasting Joint
All our beef is hung for a minimum of 21 days and from native British cattle. All the beef we sell is from cattle that are allowed to grow naturally on grass at a slow speed, giving them a long life and good marbling. Our sirloin roasting joints are available in different sizes. We offer the whole loin (7kg) at a reduced price per kg to give you the opportunity to save money by buying in bulk and you can then cut your own steaks or roasting joints to whatever size you like.
We have a minimum order value of £65, and all orders come with FREE UK Mainland delivery.
Whilst we try our best to make each cut as close to that weight as possible it is done by hand by our butcher, so will not be exact to the gram
