This will either be a half leg or half shoulder joint, approximately 1.7kg. May have the bone still in, or be de-boned and rolled.
Have you ever tried mutton? Mutton is a slightly stronger flavour compared to lamb. Most people that like lamb, also like mutton. Our individual mutton joints are cut in half to make them a smaller more manageable joint. This is a great way to try mutton without committing to a whole or half box.

Lambs are classed as mutton once their adult teeth come through, this is usually between 12 and 16 months old. Great for a roast dinner, in stews or in the slow cooker, mutton is full of flavour.
