Our large pork box includes:
2 x rolled shoulder joint (approx 2kg each)
2 x rolled leg joint (approx 2kg each)
2 x pork chops (approx 1.2kg per pack)
2 x belly pork (approx 1kg each)
1.5kg dry cured back bacon (3 x 500g) (contains nitrates)
500g dry cured streaky bacon (contains nitrates)
4 x gammon steaks (2x2) (contains nitrates)
18 pork sausages (3x6) (contains gluten and sulphites)
18 Cumberland sausages (3x6) (contains gluten and sulphites)
Although we try our best to get the weights as close to above as possible, some may vary, but where some may be slightly less, others will be slightly more
