Half Lamb/Hogget Box
We sell 2 types of half lamb, traditional cuts and modern cuts.
Traditional cuts:
2 x half shoulder joints
2 x half leg joints
Cutlets
Chops
Breast plate
Neck chops
Kidney
Modern cuts:
2 x half shoulder joints
1 x leg joint
1 x pack of leg steaks
Cutlets
Chops
Neck chops
1 x 500g Lamb mince
The neck fillet is left in the shoulder joint to produce a better roasting joint.
The traditional half lamb will be a minimum of 7kg, the modern half lamb will weigh slightly less as it has some bone removed. All our lambs are hung for a minimum of 7 days to make them extra tender.

We do various deliveries each week, you can choose which week to book at the checkout.
We use WoolCool packaging alongside gel ice packs to keep your order a safe and stable temperature during transit.
Once you’ve placed your order you will receive a confirmation email, the next contact from us will be the day before delivery once it is ready for dispatch. You’ll then be provided with the tracking information.
FREE delivery across MAINLAND UK ONLY- Unfortunately we currently don’t offer delivery outside of mainland UK due to extra shipping costs and time.
All our meat comes packaged so it can go straight into the freezer once delivered. A few bits may be delivered to you already frozen, these can also go into your freezer. This is rare though. We would never send out a fully frozen order unless we have discussed with you beforehand.
We use APC Overnight as our couriers. They are the best courier we have found after having tried many over the years.
Our beef hangs for around 14-21 days
Our lamb and mutton hang for around 7 days
Our pork doesn’t hang particularly as it doesn’t need to.
We have a £65 minimum order amount for our produce and due to high demand for our meat there can be a considerable lead time on orders. The next available delivery week is written on the home screen of the website if we are experiencing large lead times.
We have an extensive FAQ section on our website to help offer you answers to many of your questions.
PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU HAVE ANY ALLERGIES. We handle quite a few allergens in our butchery and packaging area and only have one airspace and storage area so there is a risk that everything we sell may contain almost all of the top 14 allergens.
